Work Scope

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Study products, services, and customer service processes  to address customer inquiries

  • Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiries and responses in customers' accounts

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock movement and stock turn for all e-commerce platforms and facilitates replenishment of stock for online platforms (transfer, request for replenishment, etc)
  • Add and updates new products on all e-commerce platforms including: item description, photos, item size and specifications, book reviews, etc

Skills/Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitors SAP postings of foreign shipments and credit memos
  • Validates invoices based on supporting documents (ex. Payment Request Form, Delivery Receipt, Purchase Order Form) for foreign vendor payments
  • Determines accounts and cost centers, inputs and posts entries for payments in Accounting System of Payments thru Accounts Payable Vouchers

  • Coordination with internal department for Direct Sales requirements

LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER

Principal Responsibilities

Patrol establishment premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of exit and entrance doors, windows, and all possible customer and employee passageways through regular roving and CCTV monitoring

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
  • Report daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damages, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
  • Call proper authorities (police, fire department) in cases of emergencies such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property
  • Warn customers and employees for rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary
  • Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas
  • Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection
  • Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering
  • Process the inquest procedure of apprehended theft
  • Monitor performance of outsourced security personnel and coordinate to them all instructions coming from the management
  • Conduct daily briefing to outsourced security guards to align responsibilities and company expectations. Initiate preventive measure and information to ensure the safety and security of company properties and employees

TECHNICIAN

Handles all necessary store repairs and maintenance works, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager on progress and updates of assigned works.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the following repairs & maintenance works:
    • ACU works/Mechanical works
    • Painting & Carpentry works
    • Masonry works (kitchen equipment works as well)
    • Electrical works
    • Gasline works
    • Plumbing works
  • Inspect and monitor mulitple branches to ensure compliance and that all of them are consistent with health & safety standards
  • Assist in daily works under the department (i.e. setting up for events, monitoring works of outside contractors, cleaning works)
  • Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Manager on all works & assignments given

VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Principal Responsibilities

  • Defining, designing, and implementing creative visual merchandising strategies for the company
  • Executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor across all Fully Booked branches
  • Develops, delivers, and communicates standard display guide and visual merchandising guidelines to stores to promote retail brands, products, and services in-store, in catalogues or online
  • Trains the store teams about design concepts, visual display standards, and proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort
  • Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays
  • Works closely with internal functions for strategy development and alignment, and to create visual strategies and promotions
